Lifestyle Connections is a family-driven, community-based disability support organisation in Cairns, Queensland, established in 1993 by a group of local parents and renamed Lifestyle Connections in 2015. It delivers one-on-one lifestyle, recreation and leisure assistance to people with disability, along with NDIS support coordination, plan management and core support work. Support workers help with daily living tasks, personal care, community access, appointments and social skills, while the team keeps case loads small so that support can be individually tailored.
The organisation is run by a management committee of parents and community members and has served the Cairns community for more than 30 years.
