Life Ur Way is a locally owned disability support provider based in Innisfail, Queensland, working across the Cassowary Coast and Hinchinbrook regions. It supports NDIS participants with daily personal activities, daily life tasks and life skills, group and centre-based activities, social and community participation, support coordination, counselling and school leaver employment supports. More than 80 support and administration staff work one-to-one with participants and families to plan supports around individual goals. Directors Alison Den Hartog and Anthony Cini lead the organisation, with over a decade and over 40 years respectively in community, disability and human services.
Support Work
Assistance with daily personal activities such as showering, dressing and grooming, mobility, medication management and appointments, along with daily life tasks including cooking, laundry, cleaning and yard work.
