At Liberty Pace, our aim is to provide our participants with the Liberty to live life to the fullest. Our team is led by very experienced Registered Nurses. We are based in Parramatta but service across all of Sydney. We provide the following services: General Support workers Mental Health trained Support workers Accommodation Services such as ILO, STA, MTA and SIL Psychosocial Recovery Coaches Specialist Support Co-ordination Positive Behaviour Support Therapy.
We also provide free assistance for anyone wanting to access the NDIS Our aim is to provide the best possible service. Our Nurses have successful experience managing large homes consisting of multiple NDIS clients, and providing superior care. We work with the participants, and all their support systems in order to make sure we provide the service you require. We have an open line of communication and all feedback is taken seriously. Our job is to work for you and not the other way round.
