Latitude Quality Care is an NDIS provider working with people with disability to make it easier for them to access services they need under the NDIS support service. Latitude Quality Care aims to create an environment of service provision which creates a smoother journey for all involved, including our staff and participants. In order to ensure that we are meeting the needs of people with disabilities and our participants, we will be engaged with healthcare professionals, local councils, community groups and individuals.
We will also engage with other NDIS providers in order to share, learn and collaborate on opportunities that enable us to strengthen the support base for people who need our services. We pride ourselves on our excellence in customer service and the quality of the staff we employ to provide services to our participants. We screen our staff rigorously throughout the recruitment process and select the ones who have required qualification, experience, clear checks and the ones who comply with all the requirements as per NDIS standards.
