Knox Mindfulness is a holistic wellness practice based at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges. With a strong focus on looking at the individual, their issues, their needs and goals as a whole; aiming at bringing greater awareness and change to the individual's life through deeper understanding and personal growth. I am a Registered Counsellor (Bachelor of Counselling with a major in Coaching and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology) as well as a Life, Health and Wellness Coach and Reiki practitioner.
In 2022, I started studies at The Gottman Institute focusing on couples counselling. Having more than 10 years’ experience in working with families during extreme crisis, I am able to bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to the session. Along with being a Registered Counsellor, I am also an approved NDIS provider allowing participants to access counselling under Therapeutic Supports. I am passionate about supporting individuals through challenging moments in life.
Majority of individuals want to develop better relationships with others, gain self confidence and direction, and manage emotional moments as well as growing as a person. I provide a non-judgmental, respectful space in for exploring the situation and being able to create change.
