We understand that recovery and support don’t look the same for everyone.
That’s why we offer flexible service delivery across telehealth , home , community , and clinic - based settings, making it easier for people to access therapy in a way that suits their life. Whether you’re navigating changes in communication, cognition, swallowing or voice, we’ll work alongside you (and your family or support team) to provide compassionate, empowering, and practical therapy that fits your everyday life. We work with people living with a range of conditions, including: -People with communication or swallowing difficulties due to injury, illness, or developmental conditions -Brain injury (traumatic or acquired) -Stroke -Functional neurological disorder (FND) -Parkinson’s disease (LSVT and SpeakOut certified) -Dementia and other neurodegenerative conditions -Complex or progressive rehabilitation needs -concussion Services We Offer: -Communication therapy (speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication) -Swallowing assessment and management (dysphagia) including Meal Time Management Plans -Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) support -Carer and communication partner training -Functional, goal-directed therapy aligned with NDIS and rehabilitation plans Collaborative input with other allied health, medical and support professionals Travel —where possible, Kim will base herself in regions for a full day to support local access.
