I'm Jen, I'm excited to work with people experiencing a range of health conditions that can be managed through food and nutrition. Striving to offer strategies to make long-lasting, food, dietary or lifestyle changes. I take a client centred, evidenced based approach to medical nutrition therapy to prevent, delay or manage chronic diseases. To achieve results I use the most up-to-date evidence-based guidelines for therapeutic dietary implementation along with nutrition counselling and education to ensure effective and efficient treatment.
I'm curious and inquisitive about my patients health journey. Aiming to build and nurture their relationship with food & their body. I invite patients to explore their thoughts, emotions and intentions around food, diet and lifestyle behaviours. I provide counselling methods to guide patients to build healthy habits that support their condition or health goals. Practising with the HAES (Health at Every Size) ethos, I provides size-inclusive health care and hold space for all patients in all bodies.
