Plan managers handle participants' NDIS funds on their behalf, paying providers, processing invoices and claims, and keeping the budget on track so participants can spend more time on their goals. The team explains funding categories, answers questions about how to access supports, helps participants find and choose providers, including providers that are not NDIS registered, and provides regular budget reports and forecasts.
Invoices are managed through the Careview platform, which lets participants see a snapshot of their budget and approve or decline invoices as they come through, and the business aims to process invoices within 7 days or less. Jade Plan Management also works alongside support coordinators and service providers. Its plan management services are covered by the NDIS and do not affect a participant's support budget.
