Inspire Independence is a registered NDIS provider based in Victoria, delivering a wide range of high-quality, participant-focused disability support services. Our mission is to empower individuals to live independently and with dignity by providing tailored support across all key areas of the NDIS. Our services include: Core Support – Daily personal activities, household tasks, transport, and community access to help participants live as independently as possible.
Support Coordination & Specialist Support Coordination – We assist participants in understanding, coordinating, and implementing their NDIS plans. For those with more complex needs, we provide Specialist Support Coordination, working alongside health, justice, housing, and clinical services to reduce barriers and ensure continuity of care. Community Nursing – Qualified nurses providing clinical and personal care, medication management, wound care, and health assessments.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) – 24/7 support in shared or individual accommodation, promoting independence in a safe and structured environment. Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans – Trained professionals delivering evidence-based support strategies for participants with complex needs. Capacity Building Support s – Helping participants build life skills, improve communication, manage finances, and increase independence through goal-oriented support.
We also offer multilingual services — our culturally diverse team of support workers and coordinators speak various languages including English, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, and more, ensuring effective communication and culturally appropriate care for participants from all backgrounds.
