As a father of three teenage kids with autism, ADHD, intellectual impairment, OCD and Anxiety, and schizophrenia, I am passionate about improving the quality life for everyone, as I believe no one should be left behind. Hello, my name is David, and I am a professional with 18 years’ experience whose aim is help those who are disabled live as independently as possible by implementing effective strategies which help them to develop the skills and abilities they need to function in the community.
I bring a holistic alternative Person-centred approach to NDIS participants with SOLUTION-FOCUSED and MINDFULNESS-BASED supports that are the result of over 9 years of developing a new understanding of learning and growing whilst immersing myself studying the fundamentals of psychology, personal development, growth mindset, health and wellness and spirituality. I have supported and helped many people with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD and addictions, Trauma-related mental health and mental health issues, Relationship problems, ADHD challenging behaviours, and general well-being, health and wellness.
I am passionate about providing friendly, reliable, quality support services to all people with disabilities, using a range of tools including mentoring, hypnotherapy, reiki, and yoga. It is part of my philosophy to have compassion for everyone, which is why I have the foundational values: Understanding, Love, Unity, Growth, Authenticity, Connection and Support. These I bring to the core of all of what I do.
