Included Solutions is a disability and aged care support provider based in Harvey, Western Australia, formed by three directors with lived experience of disability and caring. The team assists NDIS participants with daily living tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation, plus social support, counselling, recovery coaching, support coordination and accessible van hire. Employment supports through its Beyond The Pack program cover career planning, interview preparation, workplace mentoring and school leaver pathways, and sister service I.V's Home Solutions offers rooms for people who need NDIS-funded supports. Supports are delivered in English, working alongside families and plan managers.
