IHealth Nursing Services is an NDIS-registered provider of community nursing and personal care for people with complex medical needs. Registered nurses work in participants' homes, from a few hours a week through to round-the-clock support, covering wound care, PEG and enteral feeding, tracheostomy and ventilator management, catheter and continence care, diabetes management and palliative care. Personal care, mobility and transfer help, and assistance getting to medical appointments are also offered. Care begins with a free onsite assessment by a registered nurse, followed by an individually prepared plan, and the team works alongside other health professionals in a participant's life.
