Hunter Independent Coordination & Support Services (HICSS) is an NDIS registered provider working across the Hunter Valley from a Maitland base. It offers support coordination and support connection, supported independent living, psychosocial recovery coaching, and core supports including personal care, household tasks, group activities, transport and short-term accommodation. HICSS also runs its Rekindle You program for adults and young people who have had contact with the criminal justice or mental health systems. Participants are matched with a small, consistent team whose qualifications range from a Certificate III in Disabilities to a Diploma in Community Services.

Support connection and coordination of supports, including help to understand funded supports, link with providers, manage budgets and prepare for plan reviews.
