Hummingbird Community Supports is an Independent Disability Service Provider located in the Sutherland Shire. Our Support staff have a vast variety of skills and experience in Disability Support, Parenthood, Allied Health, Nursing, Social Work, Early Childhood and Primary Education. The challenges children/young adults with disabilities and their families face are many.
