Hopeful Causes is a Sydney-based mobile disability support provider, established as a company and working within the NDIS. It supports participants in their own homes and in the community, with one-to-one and group assistance to take part in social and recreational activities, shopping and appointments, including transport to get there. In-home support covers personal care, grooming, dressing, cooking, laundry, medication management and household routines, along with overnight and 24-hour assistance and meals prepared for dietary requirements. The team also helps participants understand their NDIS plans and put allied health recommendations into practice at home.
Social Activities
Support to take part in one-to-one and group activities outside the home, such as social outings, exercise, shopping and appointments, including help with transport.
