Hope Help and Care is a registered NDIS provider based in Prospect, in Adelaide's north, supporting people with disabilities across South Australia. The organisation delivers specialist disability accommodation and tenancy assistance, supported independent living, personal care and daily living support, household tasks and garden maintenance, community participation, travel and transport assistance, short-term and respite accommodation, home modifications, plan management and support coordination.
