Hope and Care Community Services

I would not recommend this provider. Poor management and communication. I regret to say that my experience with Hope and Care as an NDIS provider has been deeply disappointing. The management, in particular, has been a significant letdown. One of the most frustrating aspects has been their inability to manage even the most basic tasks, such as weekly shopping, which never gets done on time—or sometimes, not at all. From the beginning, it was apparent that there are serious issues with how this organization is run. The management appears to have no control over their staff, leading to constant delays and a lack of accountability. Overall, I would strongly advise against choosing Hope and Care as an NDIS provider. Their inability to handle basic tasks like weekly shopping, combined with poor management and a lack of accountability, makes them a provider you simply cannot rely on.
