Holistic Supports' primary function is to be a Support Coordinator and to provide the Coordination of Supports (commonly known as Support Coordination) to participants who have a National Disability Insurance Scheme plan.
WHO DO WE SUPPORT? We support people with National Disability Insurance Scheme plans. Participants must have the appropriate funding in their plan to receive supports.
