Our NDIS Services At Greenway Mental Health & Disability Services, we offer a comprehensive range of supports tailored to meet the individual needs of our participants: Core Supports - Assist Personal Activities (Standard & High Intensity) Personal care assistance for daily living, including high-level needs requiring skilled support. - Assist-Travel/Transport Support to travel independently or with a support worker for appointments, errands, or community participation.
- Daily Tasks / Shared Living Assistance with daily personal routines in shared or supported living environments. - Household Tasks Help with essential household chores such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other domestic duties. - Participate Community Encouraging engagement in social, recreational, and community-based activities to build confidence and independence. - Group / Centre-Based Activities Group-based programs offering social interaction, life skill development, and community engagement in a structured setting.
- Capacity Building Supports Assist-Life Stage, Transition Guidance and mentoring during key life changes, including moving to more independent living or accessing education/employment. - Development of Life Skills Training and support to build daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, communication, and personal hygiene. - Innovative Community Participation Creative and tailored programs to build social skills, confidence, and community engagement in non-traditional ways.
- Health & Housing Supports Community Nursing Care Qualified nurses providing clinical care, medication management, and health monitoring in the comfort of your home. - Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) Housing solutions for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
