Fine Line Fencing & Site Services is a locally owned and operated sole trader business based in Cameron Park, NSW, providing yard maintenance and external property upkeep services to NDIS participants across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley. Operated by Matt, a hands-on tradesman with extensive experience in property maintenance, site work, fencing, and landscaping, we deliver practical, reliable support that keeps participants' outdoor environments safe, accessible, and well-maintained.
We accept plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants under Support Category 1 — Assistance with Daily Life (Household Tasks, line item 01_019_0120_1_1). Every job is completed by the operator directly, ensuring consistent, quality service with clear communication for participants, carers, and plan managers alike. We operate under the NDIS Code of Conduct and hold public liability insurance. Service agreements are provided prior to commencement of all supports.
