Feels Like Home Support Services is a family-owned, NDIS-registered provider based in Southeast Queensland. We offer in-home care, community access and high-intensity support across Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane and surrounds. Our Clinical Director, Chloe (Registered Nurse), personally oversees your intake and staff matching, so you are matched with the most suitable Support Worker. Our Support Workers specialise in physical disabilities, complex disabilities and high-intensity support, autism (ASD) and intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviours including BSP and PBSP implementation, mental health conditions and invisible disabilities.
From a few hours a week to 24/7, we support people at home and in the community across Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane, Redland Bay, Bayside, Scenic Rim and the Gold Coast.
