We are a trusted registered service provider based and cater to the people of WA. We have been entrusted with providing several services to different poeple all around Western Australia. FAS Foundation is an independent organisation that is known to go beyond and above for both thier clients, staffs and representatives. Majority of our clientele are referred by 'word of mouth'. We solely ensure to cater and create support that alings with our participants' wants, needs, and goals while ensuring thier plan is being implemented accordinly.
We are proud to annouce that we only provide Core and Capacity building services to establish to our participants that everything done within the organisation is transparent, honest and accountable, we do not handle any funding as this can be done either by the particiapnts, thier support coordinator or legal representatives. While ensuring each and everone gradually achive or reach thier goals, we encourage our participants to partake, socialise, access hte community in groups or even go out for dinner.
Most of these activities are covered by the organisation. When onboard, we aim ot match both staffs and client, this is to allow a smooth transition, and create a work environment where both client and staff are happy and compatible to work with each other.
