Hi, my name is Fatuma, and I am an independent NDIS support worker based in Melbourne’s south-east, with over 14 years of experience across disability, mental health, and psychosocial support. I specialise in supporting individuals with psychosocial needs and complex behaviours, providing calm, consistent, and trauma-informed support.
