Epic Resilience Disability Support Services is a Victorian NDIS provider based in Melton South, registered with the NDIS Commission and supporting participants of all backgrounds and ages. Its team of support workers and nurses brings around a decade of experience across personal care, shared living and daily life skills. Supports include daily personal activities, household tasks, travel and transport, supported independent living, community and social participation, group and centre-based activities, respite for carers, supported employment and support coordination.
The organisation works from a person-centred model, building its support around each participant's own goals, and also offers private, non-NDIS-funded arrangements for people who are not eligible for NDIS funding. Staff are available around the clock.
