UPDATE 29/01/2024 CEO made contact after escalating complaint that was ignored. Overly apologetic and promises a phone call to fix. He didn’t make phone appointment. The problems with this organisation stem from the top down!!! Unfortunately extremely disappointing and irritating my disability. I CANNOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER. Reactive not proactive and not trusted nor reliable. UPDATE 13/12/2023: Just cancelled my last shift and no alternative offered. Asked me if the Support Worker had contacted me to advise… surely this is Admin function. ANYWAY, how can he tell me when he doesn’t have my phone number!!! Beggars believe but totally believably bad service. ORIGINAL POST: Unfortunately not a trusted provider. The website says they are trusted and good communicators. I have not found this to be the case with poorly skilled workers and lack of reliability and consistency. Also communication lack business professionalism as is more like a quick note from a ‘friend’. Finding out the night before but telling me two minutes before shift starts that worker won’t be coming is unacceptable. Worker not turning up for buddy training session is unacceptable. Not getting alternative options and lack of proactive service leaves me chasing requests. New support worker never starting and not advised they’d left the company!!! Second time not turning up for buddy session 😳🙄 Overall quite disappointing after a hopeful start. Loosing my worker at Xmas and having not replacement arranged is very poor service. I expected better. For the price I should have got better service.

EnableU is a group of professional individuals who are passionate about their client's needs, goals and dreams. They are truly client centred and are well organised in that they respond quickly to inquiries, communicate regularly and are very respectful to the additional needs of their clients and their families. EnableU made our NDIS journey painless by holding my hand every step of the way and are continuing to support my son and our family through regular check-ins and updates.

We love our therapist! She is always on time for the session, pleasant, and patient. When we had a clashed appointment, she was flexible to change the day for our son's session. EnableU was easy to work with and they responded quickly to our calls and emails.

EnableU is extremely helpful, and I can speak with them about anything if I have any concerns, and vice versa. My son and I are both very comfortable with the Enable team and their ongoing support.

EnableU has been wonderful asthey always help me to their best ability. They're very good and has been going the extra mile for my requests. They help me know where I stand with other services, it helps a lot and I know when to stand my ground.

We love Emily a lot. She has been wonderful. We are glad we found EnableU as they have been very prompt on their email replies and phone calls.

Dealing with different providers and, at the same time, managing our funding can be very stressful. We are glad we found EnableU and they have proven that they are always on top of what they are doing. Very efficient and always ensure to update me!

We are new to EnableU and so far we find them friendly and quick in response. We submitted enquiries and they got back to us within a couple of hours. Within the week, we were given a professional OT who is currently working well with my husband.

We recently joined EnableU and requested for a support worker to work with my elderly parent. Sam has been very patient, helpful around the house and has been on top of things. She is young but well mannered and mature.

EnableU has been wonderful in their quick response and professional work. We were assigned with an OT within a week and so far my daughter is showing some progress and looks forward in having sessions with Sandy.

We are happy to have chosen EnableU to work with our Support Coordinator in finding us a better Physiotherapist. He has been very patient and professional in his work. My dad hasn't been the most pleasant person to work with, but when he sees John now, he brightens up a little and look forward for the session with him.

We have had a nurse working with my elderly dad for a couple of months now with EnableU. They have been very responsive to my concerns and made the entire process easy and smooth.

We have worked with many different agencies and finally found one who actually provide us with excellent service and a professional and experienced OT for our child who has CP. EnableU has worked along side with us through the process and has been great in replying our queries.

Peter has done a wonderful job of supporting me with my NDIS plan. He explains everything clearly and lets me progress toward the goals of my plan at my own pace. He is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful and responds to my questions very quickly. He is working well with my demanding mother.

We had received nurses from other agencies who are less experienced. EnableU listened to our concerns and provided a well experienced and professional nurse to help my child with disabilities. We are happy we found them.

My son has been doing Physiotherapy/Hydrotherapy with EnableU for 3months now. He loves it and looks forward to having the session with John every week. We are glad to have EnableU who is very responsive and friendly throughout the process.

My son requires both OT and PT every week and we decided to do both through EnableU as they have been good in providing us with experienced therapist. I can see some improvement in my son as the therapists take time to work with him and are very patient and thorough with their work.

As a parent, I highly recommend EnableU for Support Worker. I have been with EnableU for a few months now and they have never let me down. They are always on top of things and if the assigned Support worker couldn't make it, they will promptly send another professional worker to my rescue.

I am pleased to have EnableU for my OT. The OT is excellent and provided a very detailed report and ensures that she follows up with me if I have any questions

The disability supporters are very responsible and know their job very well. My mother is very much satisfied with her nurse. The support worker is very friendly and takes care of my mother.

Jenny my occupational therapist is a genius. She has helped me to improve by mobility. I could experience the difference right after two classes. I am glad that I chose EnableU as my support buddy.

Ashley was such a blessing. I required the services of the OT Group for my family member. From my initial phone call to having an assessment performed to the detailed report that was provided, I was kept up to speed the whole way. I couldn’t recommend Ashley and her team more. Thanks again.

Brian and his team at EnableU have made access to RN, Physiotherapist and other services so easy. The support they give is above and beyond what I have expected as a carer.
