Led by a Level 2 Support Coordinator with experience supporting Level 3 participants and complex cases, we work alongside individuals living with physical disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, trauma, complex health conditions, and challenging life circumstances.
As someone with lived experience of disability, we understand the importance of being heard, respected, and supported throughout your NDIS journey. Advocacy is our greatest strength. We are passionate about helping participants navigate the NDIS, overcome barriers, coordinate services, prepare for reviews, build strong support teams, connect with community services, and access the funding and supports they need. Whether you require ongoing coordination or simply someone to guide you through a difficult situation with a phone call, we are here to help.
Our professional background also includes many years in corporate financial services and property strategy, bringing valuable experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, negotiations, housing pathways, and long-term goal setting.
