Our family has been incredibly grateful for the care and support provided by ElomaCare Day Program. One of the things we appreciate most is the clear and reliable communication. When my adult child has experienced a medical episode, I have always known exactly who to pass the information on to. It is reassuring to know that important details are communicated clearly to the key support workers who are caring for them. The Support Workers themselves are exceptional. They show genuine care and have what seems like infinite patience when supporting someone who can sometimes feel hesitant about trying new things. They take the time to gently encourage and support, celebrating even the smallest steps forward. It has been wonderful to see how excited my child becomes when they move past that initial fear of the unknown and discover something new. The encouragement they provide extends not only to their clients, but also to families at home, which means so much. The program also creates special opportunities that many families might otherwise find difficult to access. A highlight was the Gala Ball, where my child was able to attend their very first formal event. It was such a meaningful and joyful experience for them, and for us as a family. Overall, ElomaCare provides a supportive, caring and inclusive environment. We feel very fortunate to have such dedicated people supporting our child.

The staff are incredibly caring and truly client-centred. The day programs are beautifully decorated and run with such professionalism, providing an excellent level of service.
