East Coast Care Connect is a locally owned care provider based at Kinvara on the New South Wales north coast. It delivers in-home and community support to people with disability and also provides aged care support at home with Enrich Home Supports. Support workers help with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, community access and transport, and qualified nurses manage catheter care, medication, wound care and health monitoring. Support is delivered in the person's own home and in the community, with an individual plan agreed with each participant. The provider works across Newcastle, the Coffs Harbour region, the Northern Rivers, Tweed Heads, the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
