Dynamic Plan Management is an independent, NDIS registered plan management agency based in Braybrook, Victoria. It administers NDIS funding: provider invoices are checked against the plan, claimed from the NDIA and paid, with monthly activity statements and fund balances tracked through an online portal and mobile app. A dedicated plan manager is assigned to each participant and can meet at the participant's home, and the team helps people connect with both registered and unregistered providers. The agency does not deliver direct disability services; it works alongside a network of providers across Victoria. Plan management is covered within an NDIS plan at no cost to the participant.
