Diversity Plan Management is a sole-operator NDIS plan management service based in Gisborne, Victoria, run by founder Erica Gilmore. It manages NDIS plans on behalf of participants: paying provider invoices, tracking budgets in real time through an online portal and mobile app, and keeping records ready for plan reviews. Invoices are paid within two business days. Participants choose whether invoices are handled entirely on their behalf or approved before payment, and can keep using their preferred providers whether or not those providers are NDIS registered.
The founder draws on a background as a certified bookkeeper and on NDIS experience, and works one-to-one with each participant and their support coordinator.
