Our team strives to take the pain out of the 'admin' side of the NDIS for the people we work with, but they also appreciate that friendly chat is often all it takes to settle any anxieties people may have about their plan and funding. Making time for that is just as important to us as getting invoices paid promptly.

Erika says: Dawson’s Plan Managers are terrific. They have excellent communication, prompt with queries, concerns and all billing. They have excellent knowledge and insights into the NDIS system and provide support for families and providers to support positive outcomes for the participant. They are readily available, prompt communication and billing payments and have an easy to use online portal to track the management of your plan. Hiring Dawson’s is the best decision we made for our family member.

Thanks for the positive feedback, Erika. We get that people living with disability and their families have enough to deal with. They don't really need the added hassle of not being able to get key information when they need it. We know that the NDIS isn't always great at communication, that's why we love working closely with our participants and their providers to make sure everyone is getting the best value possible from the scheme.
