What We Do Cornerstone Community Services provides a range of services to individuals with a variety of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and dementia.
We support children, young people, adults, older people and LGBT - Communities. We also cater for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. Care & Support Our upskilled and empowered team members provide tailored and individualized packages of care and support. They focus on enabling people with disabilities and other needs to live a valued life - the life they choose both at home and within the community. Cornerstone Community Services team members are skilled-communicators, who listen to the people we support and champion their choices.
They look for creative solutions in supporting greater independence and opportunities for increasing community involvement. Our Approach At Cornerstone Community Services, we are committed to providing excellent social support and care. Utilizing systems and processes, which are both agile and robust, we continue to meet the needs and aspirations of the people we support through our innovative, person-centred approach. Working locally with the people we support, their families and wider support networks as well as nationally, in partnership with sector-leading bodies, we aim to ensure that the people we support have a real voice and control in their lives whilst promoting sustainable environments and embracing diversity.
