Personal care and daily living assistance at home or in the community, from showering and meal preparation to medication prompts, overnight support and one-to-one life skills training.

Household tasks support covering cleaning, tidying, laundry, dishes and de-cluttering, delivered alongside the participant so the routines build skills rather than replace them.

One-to-one and small group support to join clubs, sport, art classes, events and volunteering, with help building confidence on public transport and staying connected to family and friends.

Centre-based group programs and day trips including art, music, cooking, games and life-skills groups, priced at shared support ratios.
