We are an NDIS Approved Provider in Victoria. We apply new, flexible and innovative ways in the NDIS services delivery. We can come to you to discuss your needs without charge or commitment. We are willing to support you if you self-manage your NDIS services. We can also work with your current NDIS Provider, if you have one, for any extra services/tasks required. We are approved and licensed by the NDIA for the following services: 1. Support Coordination: Assist the NDIS Participants with their daily support coordination requirements with providers.
2. Plan Management: Assist NDIS Participants with managing their budget, finance and invoicing requirements for their NDIS approved packages. 3. Interpret and Translate: Assist NDIS Participants with their interpreting and translation needs. 4. Community Nursing Care: Assist NDIS Participants with specialist and professional nursing needs. 5. Development of Life Skills: Assist NDIS Participants with their learning of the skills needed to live a full and happy life.
6. Assist Life Stage Transition: Assist NDIS Participants with dealing with challenges in their lives from life plans to resolving personal crisis situations. 7. Behaviour Support: Assist NDIS Participants with their behaviour support referrals. 8. Group and Centre Activities: Assist NDIS Participants with engaging with group activities of their choice such as sport and social activities. 9. Participate Community: Assist NDIS Participants with their needs in engaging and participating in the community.
10. Accommodation and Tenancy: Assist NDIS Participants with their accommodation and tenancy obligations and referrals. 11. Assist Travel and Transport: Assist NDIS Participants with their travel and transport needs to study, social and community activities. 12. Assist Personal Activities: Assist NDIS Participants with their daily self-care needs. 13. Household Tasks: Assist NDIS Participants with their needs around the home such as cleaning, mowing, cooking, etc.
