One-to-one community access support from support workers, covering appointments, shopping, social and recreational activities, local events and skill building. Support is planned around the participant's goals and interests.

Supported Independent Living in three equipped homes at Warrane, with help for meal preparation, personal care and medication management, plus transport and community participation.

Short Term Accommodation and respite arranged in the participant's own home or away from home, with accommodation and support workers included in a stay.

Domestic assistance covering routine cleaning, laundry and help with shopping, with groceries paid by the client.

Social support that helps people stay connected through individual or group activities, accompanied outings and help using technology to keep in touch.
