Personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, household tasks and companionship delivered one-to-one in the participant's home, with 24-hour and overnight support also offered.

Support coordinators help participants understand their plan, negotiate with providers, manage service agreements and build the capacity to make decisions about their own supports.

Registered supported independent living with daily support, help matching housemates and a home, and assistance with personal care, household management and community engagement.

Short term accommodation stays of up to 14 days at a time and medium term accommodation funded for up to 90 days, giving carers a break and participants a change of setting.

Centre-based day program from 9am to 3pm with a three-to-one support ratio, covering arts and crafts, cooking, confidence and wellbeing, excursions and social groups.

Regular domestic cleaning, laundry, home organisation and heavier cleaning tasks provided as part of a participant's in-home support.
