We are a small but mighty disability services support community who have worked together supporting and empowering the parents and carers of individuals with Cerebral Palsy. CPSN was founded by a small group of parents of children with cerebral palsy, some 30 years ago and today we are still providing wonderful, high complex and client led support and support coordination. Our staff members who have lived experience of CP Josh, Emily, Amy and Alison would love to have a chat with you today.
We're here to help. Becoming a member is the first step to joining our community. Membership is free for individuals with cerebral palsy, their parents, carers and immediate family. As a member, we can empower you and your family by connecting you with others in our community, as well as to our services. Our services include: Innovative Choices - you choose support workers you already know and trust, who can work the hours and locations you need.
Support Coordination - we love getting to know our clients and are passionate about getting the best outcomes that suit their individual needs. Member Services are free and include NDIS Pre-Planning, support groups, social networking events and classes.
