Centralia Care Services is an NDIS registered provider offering in-home care, community and lifestyle services, and support for independent living to people with disabilities. Its in-home care covers personal care assistance, domestic support, meal preparation, medication management and respite care. Its community and lifestyle services include social and recreational activities, skill development programs, community participation support, transportation assistance and day programs.
