For over 30 years, Castle has been setting the standard in employment services for people with disability across the Hunter, Newcastle and Central Coast regions. We have also been delivering NDIS services since its inception in 2013. Castle's Inclusive Employment Australia teams support people living with a range of disabilities, mental health conditions, chronic illnesses and injuries to prepare for, find, and keep the right job . We connect job seekers with our network of supportive businesses, providing individual support at every step of the process to ensure the best outcomes for both parties.
To be eligible for our FREE services, you need to: be of legal working age, and below pension age (14yrs - 67yrs) live with an illness, injury, mental health condition or disability OR have an NDIS plan At Castle, we assist you to: Identify interests and explore your career options Develop skills, including accessing education and training to qualify you for work opportunities Create a resume, practise interview skills and search for suitable vacancies Connect with our wide network of employers who champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace Keep your current job if it is at risk due to illness, injury or disability Receive ongoing support at work (if you require it), as well as provide wage subsidies to employers Explore our NDIS supports, if suitable.

Transition to paid employment We are also uniquely placed to support the transition of NDIS participants into Inclusive Employment Australia programs to further prepare, find and keep paid employment.
