We were founded with a vision to create a disability support service that not only delivers high-quality, person-centred care, but also celebrates the richness of cultural diversity and promotes inclusion for all. Our journey began after recognising the need for greater cultural awareness and sensitivity in the disability sector.
With lived experience and strong community connections, we are dedicated to building a service that reflects respect, compassion, and empowerment. As an Indigenous-led organisation, we hold a deep commitment to creating opportunities for First Nations people, while also welcoming and celebrating people of all cultural backgrounds. ✨ Our Services Carinya offers a wide range of NDIS supports tailored to the unique needs of each participant: Supported Independent Living (SIL) In-Home and Community Supports High-Intensity and Complex Care Behaviour Support Implementation Assistance with Travel & Transport We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure our services are flexible, reliable, and focused on helping people achieve their goals.
