Care Team Disability Services is NDIS registered provider and is in business to care for people with disabilities in Darwin, Palmerston, and the Northern Territory as a whole. We provide various community-based and in-home care services that enable independence, improve social connections, and promote positive health and well-being for both self-managed and supported participants. Our key personnel have several years of work experience in disability services and worked in numerous positions and are trained to provide customized customer service to all our clients.
