One-to-one community access support to help participants take part in social activities, community events, appointments, shopping, sport and visits to family and friends.

Domestic support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation, worked through alongside the participant to build skills or completed where the person cannot manage the task.

Community nursing delivered in the participant's home, covering medication management, wound care and ongoing health monitoring.

Support coordinators help participants understand their plan and funding, connect with the right providers and build skills for managing their supports.

Specialist support coordination, delivered under the name Supportive Coordination, for participants who need extra help navigating the NDIS and reaching their goals.
