Boutique Caring is an NDIS registered provider based in Beenleigh, Queensland, supporting participants across Logan, Brisbane's south and the Redlands. The service grew out of a family-run practice built on nursing, psychology, counselling and support coordination experience, and is led by director and founder Sharon Marshall. Registered supports include assistance with daily personal activities, daily tasks in shared living, household tasks, development of daily living and life skills, assistance with travel and transport, participation in community, social and civic activities, group and centre based activities, innovative community participation, assistance with life stage transitions, assistance to access and maintain employment, supported independent living and accommodation and tenancy assistance, specialist behaviour support, therapeutic supports and support coordination.
Alongside direct support, Boutique Caring runs a back office for independent NDIS providers who are not registered with the NDIS Commission: invoicing and payment handling with payouts in around 24 hours, calls to the NDIA and plan managers, worker screening, service agreements and policy updates, audit preparation and access to support coordination, on a flat 12 percent fee with no minimum invoice and no transfer of the provider's clients, brand or ABN.
Short plain-English training modules keep support teams current. 30 am to 5 pm, with Australia-wide support, and emails sent in business hours receive a reply within 24 hours. Personal information is managed on a need-to-know basis with secure storage, access controls and audit logs, and the practice partners only with providers who share its commitment to integrity, quality and professional standards.
