Bottletree Services is a small business, our aim is to provide quality Home Modifications to our clients, and make that process as easy, timely and transparent as possible. We take the time to listen our clients, your families and your other providers to establish exactly what you both want & need. Ken will come to your home and meet with you and have a look at your home. This gives him the base to make suggestions as to how best he can meet your goals, provide modificaions prescribed by your OT, in accordance with industry standards and work within your budget.
We understand that engaging with new providers can be very stressful, especially when they are coming to your home. It is for this reason we have a very client focused approach. How things progress is very much up to you. We take on as much or as little of the process as you would prefer. We routinely liase directly with our clients team, such as your OT, Support Coordinator & plan manager to make things easier and less stressful for you. If you would would like to be more involved and oversee everything we are happy to follow your lead.
