About Aus Safe Support

We are the NDIS Registered Provider. Our office is located in Western Sydney, and we are available to provide our services to participants in all Sydney suburbs. We support all participants including self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA managed.  Our services are below. From the below services, we mainly focus on "Daily personal activities, Community access, Household tasks, Daily tasks, Respite Care and shared living and accommodation (SIL). Our NDIS Registered service groups are; Assist with Daily Personal Activities Assist with Travel and Transport Participate in Community  Household Tasks Development of Life Skills Innovative Community Participation Assist Life Stage Transition Group and Centre Activities Accommodation and Tenancy Daily Task and Shared Living Daily personal activities: Are you looking for a support worker to assist with personal activities?

Aus Safe Support provides support for client's daily personal activities in a way clients want. Support will be provided from participant’s own home or in the community environment based on participant's needs. Our caring, friendly and experienced staff will support clients based on their needs, goals, choices and outcome. We will be with clients to support and make them feel comfortable and safe. Daily personal activities are including; Be with the clients and protect them from all health and safety issues Support with showering and toileting Support with eating Support with meal preparation Helping client to have healthy meals Support to get in and out of the bed Helping with dressing Support to move around the house Provide assistance with medication  Support to maintain the hygiene And more Travel and Transport Traveling is part of our life.

It doesn’t matter who we are. We all need to travel. Clients' disabilities will not stop them from traveling. We can transport client with safe and comfortable transportation with proper licensed driver or if you need our support worker accompany client to travel on public transport including trains, buses or ferry to get client to: Visit their doctor Going to work Shopping To visit client's loving ones School/ Education center Any community participation And more Participate in community Aus Safe Support sends our support workers to clients to assist clients to participate in the community.

Our priority is to fulfill participant’s needs. Participating in the community makes the participant happy and meaningful. Our support services to our participants to participate in the community including; Visiting family and friends Shopping Going to Cafe/ catching up with friends Going to cinema Watching Sports And more Household Tasks Client's don’t need to worry to complete their household tasks. Our kind and friendly support workers are ready to support them 24/7.

Aus Safe Support will help our participants to complete their household tasks. Such as cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, Vacuuming inside the participant’s house or outside the house. Nothing to worry about completing clients household tasks. We are here for and do it for clients. We also will maintain their lawn, when needed. Development of Life Skills The focus of “Development of daily living and life skills is to support participants to develop their daily life skills through training.

Aus Safe Support understands the needs of our participants. We support our participants to develop their life skills including maintaining their personal hygiene, support them to travel and transport independently, preparing healthy meals, maintaining the home environment clean and more. We assess the participants ability and support them to develop their skills in the area they require to live more independently. Life skills are essential to live independently.

Development of life skills enable the participant to live their life with more confidence and effectiveness. Aus Safe Support understands the participant’s goals and we support and work with clients to develop their ability and life skills and be with clients until they reach their goal. We work with them to find out the difficulties they face in thier daily living and train them to manage those issues and live more independently through our training strategies.

We provide a place that makes your clients feel safe and happy. When your clients need short term accommodation, we can provide whether the requirements of accommodation are planned or due to unexpected conditions. We will provide healthy meals. Our friendly and experienced staff will support your needs in a way that makes you feel comfortable and happy. Daily Tasks / Shared Living Whether clients are living in their own home, rental property or shared accommodation, Aus Safe Support understands the feeling of living independently.

Sometimes it seems like, can’t be achieved. But we make clients' dreams real. Even if they decide to live on their own for the first time, we are here to assist them to live their life more independently. Our trained staff will guide and support them to live independently by assisting clients to do their daily basic tasks, such as getting themselves ready, preparing some healthy meals, and doing some recreational activities.
