Aurora Coordination

Aurora Coordination is an NDIS support coordination practice based in Newcastle, New South Wales. It provides support coordination and self-management support to people with disability and their families across the Hunter region. Support coordinators help participants understand their plan, set up service agreements and bookings with the providers they choose, track spending and prepare for plan reviews. The team also builds skills to self-manage funding, including making claims, keeping records and meeting payment integrity requirements. Coordinators bring personal and professional experience of disability, and the practice accepts no incentives for referrals.
