Alpha Plan Management looks after the financial administration of an NDIS plan for participants around Australia, from an office in Fullarton. Invoices go to the plan manager rather than the participant: providers are paid, the budget is tracked through the year and the records the scheme requires are maintained. Participants can see who is delivering what through an online dashboard, and may ask for independent guidance at any stage, whether a plan is new, providers are hard to find, a review is due or another plan manager is being replaced. A small team led by Jo McLaren runs the service, and plan management is funded within the plan at no cost.
