Our organisation was established after recognising that many people living in regional, rural and remote communities often have fewer support options available to them. We wanted to help change that by building a team committed to delivering consistent, person-centred support wherever it is needed.
Today, we proudly support participants across Queensland and Tasmania, working alongside individuals, families and Support Coordinators to provide flexible supports that promote independence, choice and meaningful community participation. Our Approach Every participant’s journey is different. We take the time to understand each person’s goals, strengths and preferences before tailoring supports to suit their individual needs. Whether we’re assisting with daily living, community access, complex behavioural support or psychosocial recovery, our focus is always on building trusting relationships and delivering support with respect, consistency and compassion.
Experience That Makes a Difference Our team has experience supporting participants with complex behavioural needs, autism, psychosocial disability, neurological conditions and age-related disabilities. We also have extensive experience providing services in regional, rural and remote communities, where continuity of care is especially important. We understand the value of reliable support. In one recent regional placement, our team successfully delivered six months of continuous support with every scheduled shift filled, providing stability for both the participant and their support network.

We’ve supported participants to develop confidence shopping independently, reconnect with family and community events, navigate major life transitions, and build the skills needed to live more independently while remaining connected to the communities they call home.
