AGM Support Care Services Pty Ltd. was established by three registered nurses with the aim of providing exceptional, personalised care to our clients. Our focus is on empowering participants to have greater freedom and control over their lives while fostering strong connections with their communities. Based in Sydney and operating primarily in Box Hill, Macquarie Park, Chatswood, and neighboring suburbs, AGM Support Care Services offers a diverse range of services tailored to meet individual needs.
These services include coordinating and managing various life stages, transitions, and supports. We also provide assistance with daily personal activities, travel arrangements, and transportation. Additionally, our offerings encompass community nursing, support with daily tasks within a group or shared living arrangements, development of essential life skills, household chores, and active engagement in the community, social, and civic activities.
As a Registered provider, AGM Support Care Services adheres to the guidelines set by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in delivering their services. We maintain high practice standards and uphold a strict code of conduct to ensure the best possible care for our participants.
