Advance Support Coordination

I'd highly recommend Jo from Advance Support Coordination. I'd be with the same support coordinator for some time and, of late, was not proactive in seeking new services or opportunities for my son, despite a call out for help. After a thorough search and interview process, I am happy to have signed up with Jo who 'hit the ground running'. Immediately she was able to offer advice about new services and support that matched our needs. She has wealth of applied work experience in the community services area which means she has an acute understanding the industry. This is definitely a big plus when you are selecting services for your particular situation. I look forward to working with Jo in the coming months.

Eva is AMAZING. She’s caring, understanding, proactive and always very prompt in dealing with my questions/problems. She understands how a parent feels with a child with autism. She helps me tremendously with everything, from looking for therapists, chatting with therapists for my son’s needs, providing resources and links on materials, suggesting programs and activities for school holiday, coordinating attending and dealing with NDIS review meeting. Honestly I don’t think there’s anything Eva can’t do! Eva goes far and beyond to help me. Thank you Eva.

I highly recommend Advance Support Coordination. They have been so understanding, caring and supportive of not only of my disabilities but also my needs. They are very efficient and very knowledgeable, if you ring them they ring you back same day if they are unable to answer your call. They explain your plan and also find NDIS providers what will help you and your needs. I have had other support providers that I wasn’t happy with, I would wait days for a call back others was left unattended for months when the support coordinator left their company I felt abandoned in my time of need. I was finally recommended to Advance Support Coordination and I no longer feel abandoned I feel heard and supported, now I have a fantastic support team I will stay with them. If you are not happy with your current support provider look into this company, you won’t be disappointed to make the move.

Eva is amazing, I have 3 children with disabilities, she is always very quick to help and gives great advice. She is a lovely caring lady & really cares about her clients, their needs & finding the best ways to get them the help they need. I couldn't recommend her highly enough, she's wonderful

Eva is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to understand my family‘s needs in detail and was able to make suggestions that were spot on. Best of all, she is linked in to a diverse network of niche supports and services in the local area - I would never have been able to find those myself, and yet they are just what my family needed! Highly recommend.

Eva at Advance Support Coordination is amazing!! Infact i don't know how i would cope without her! Raising a child with a severe disability and trying to organise ongoing supports that my son requires just becomes too hard at times. She takes care of referrals, paperwork etc all the things that are overwhelming to me. She always has mine and my sons best interests and wont stop until we have the best therapist, respite etc. Thanks Eva really appreciate all that you do Kathy Parente
